Due to the huge number of laptop variants, we understand it can be difficult to confirm 100% compatibility prior to ordering. You can shop with confidence because, we operate a no fuss returns policy. If the drive you purchase is not compatible with your laptop, simply return it to us using your local post office. All we ask is that the drive is undamaged in brand new condition, that you have checked our installation FAQ to ensure the compatibility is not a simple configuration issue and that you pay all delivery costs. On receipt of the drive back in our warehouse and after inspection we will refund your original payment card for the order total less any costs for delivery.

NOTE : All returns must have a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. If you wish to return a product, please complete an RMA Request Form.
Within 7 days of Receipt of your Order.
Any incompatible drives may be returned within 7 days of receipt providing they are in their original condition and packaging.
All returned items will be carefully inspected for broken bezels, scratches and other damage before a refund is made. The warranty seal must be intact. Please take care when installing the drive into your laptop to prevent any accidental damage.
We will not give a refund where an item is returned after 7 days from receipt.
Unacceptable Returns - If an item is returned in a used or damaged condition, we will not refund you. The item will be returned back to you at your expense.
Within 12 months of Receipt of your Order
If your drive develops a fault, simply return it to us and we will arrange a repair or replacement with the manufacturer as deemed appropriate.
After 12 months of Receipt of your Order
Some drives carry a 2, 3, 4 or 5 year manufacturer warranty. If your drive develops a fault after 12 months of receipt of your order, please contact the manufacturer directly to arrange repair or replacement. Contact details for the manufacturers we supply can be found here.
Distance Selling Regulations.
In respect of the drives available on our site, Uk distance selling regulations give you 7 working days to change your mind and cancel the order. Certain conditions apply:
1. The goods must be sealed in their original packaging.
2. The goods must be in brand new condition suitable for resell.
If you decide to cancel, you need to inform us in writing within 7 working days after the day on which you receive the goods. You must take care of the goods and return them to us. You have to pay for the cost of returning goods.
